Our prices

All prices are per unit and per night in the respective
Apartment categories without discounts and including breakfast with a basic occupancy of 2 people. 

For each additional adult, we charge between €40 and €80. For each child between 4 and 12 years old, we charge 50% of the adult price. Children between 0 and 3 years old are free. Standard prices apply for those 13 and older.

Our prices are subject to a dynamic pricing system and may vary depending on demand, season, and availability. The price quoted at the time of booking always applies.

The provisions of the Austrian hotel regulations apply.
The bed linen, towels and wellness bag, as well as breakfast and all other
Inclusive services for the additional person is included in the respective price.

For single occupancy in Penthouse or Premium there is an individual single occupancy surcharge depending on the season.

14 days to 8 days before arrival 70% of the booking amount
In the last week before arrival 90 % of the booking amount
On the day of arrival or early departure 100% (total amount of booking) 

local tax

A tourist tax of €2.30 and a mobility tax of €0.50 per person (over 15 years old) per night will be charged additionally.
