Loxone – building automation
In Goldjuwel comes the Loxone building automation in numerous areas. It controls access and apartment functions such as the outdoor tub, sauna, music, lighting, shading, heating, and air conditioning. It also allows us to keep track of how much our Photovoltaic system and can use this energy in a completely sustainable way. Our Air source heat pump is integrated into the system and is in constant communication with Loxone – as are the video surveillance and our natural pool.
