Our cancellation conditions
The cancellation conditions if you have booked without travel cancellation insurance:
If you leave early, you will have to pay the full 100%.
Up to 31 days before arrival free of charge
30 days to 15 days before arrival 40% of the booking amount
14 days to 8 days before arrival 70% of the booking amount
In the last week before arrival 90 % of the booking amount
On the day of arrival or early departure 100% (total amount of booking)
Our published booking, cancellation, and house rules apply. For all other regulations, the Austrian Hotel Contract Terms and Conditions (ÖHVB) apply in their currently valid version.
Deposit & Payment
A deposit of 401 TP4T of the booking amount or 1001 TP4T, payable within 7 days of reservation, otherwise the booking is invalid. We request the deposits (free of charge) according to the reservation confirmation.
We accept the following payments: Cash, EC card, MasterCard, VisaCard, American Express or prepayment and V-Pay.
Reservations
Reservations can be made via the website, by email or by phone. Validity of your booking: After your down payment from 40%, your booking will be confirmed in writing.
minimum length of stay
Bookable from 3 nights. On request, 2 nights are also possible with a surcharge of 10% on accommodation. During the semester break, Easter, Christmas and

To ensure that your belongings are safe, we offer the following facilities:
Ski cellar, bike area, room for golf bags
Non-smoking house
Smoking is not permitted in any indoor areas.
Dog house rules
Dogs are allowed in selected apartments upon prior request Welcome. Carriage is only permitted after Confirmation by us possible. The surcharge is € 19.00 per dog per day.
To ensure that all guests – whether with or without a dog – feel completely at home, we ask you to observe the following instructions:
- In the entire Dogs must be leash-required outside, regardless of the dog's size or behavior.
- Please leave your dog not left unattended in the apartment for long periods of time.
- Outdoor bathtub and sauna are exclusively for our two-legged guests – please make sure that your dog does not use these areas.
- For hygiene reasons, we ask that dogs not on beds, sofas or other furniture jump.
- Contamination indoors or outdoors Please remove immediately.
Should, despite all due care, Damage or unusual soiling come, we reserve the right to charge the resulting Cleaning or repair costs to be invoiced.

Liability
The guest is liable for all damages to the apartment, its contents, common areas, or other facilities caused by them, their travel companions, or visitors. Damages must be reported immediately.
No liability is assumed for loss, theft or damage to valuables, vehicles, bicycles or other personal belongings brought onto the premises, to the extent permitted by law.
Validity of the Austrian Hotel Contract Terms and Conditions (ÖHVB)
Unless otherwise stated in our booking information, the Austrian Hotel Contract Terms and Conditions (ÖHVB) apply in their currently valid version. These can be found at www.hotelverband.at can be viewed.
Check in & Check out
On Arrival day is your apartment from 3:00 p.m. ready to move in. Do you know when you will arrive or would you like to be there earlier?
Then please let us know. On Departure day we ask you to 10:00 o'clock to vacate the apartment.
Travel cancellation
Something can always come up. That is why we recommend
the completion of the European travel insurance.
cleaning
A final cleaning fee will be added to the stated overnight price; this varies depending on the apartment category. We ask for your understanding that in exceptional cases we reserve the right to charge a special cleaning fee if the apartment is extremely dirty.
External guests
Your privacy is important to us: In order to give our guests the greatest possible privacy and peace and quiet, we ask for your understanding that access to the Goldjuwel is only possible for hotel guests with a confirmed booking. If you would like to invite external guests to your apartment who are not staying at the Goldjuwel, we ask that you register them in advance with the contact person in the house. External guests (maximum 2 guests per apartment and stay) are welcome to visit for a period of 2 hours. For longer stays and use of the apartment spa, a fee of EUR 100 per person will be charged. The complex with natural pool, fitness room, chill areas, etc. is only available to booked guests. Bringing pets belonging to external guests is also not permitted.
Payment terms and reminder fees
The outstanding balance is generally on departure on site to be paid. On site Cash and card payments with Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Maestro accepted.
In exceptional cases the total amount can also within 7 days after departure by bank transfer The bank details are stated on the invoice.
In case of late payment, that is, if the invoice amount not within 4 weeks of departure has been paid in full, we reserve the right a reminder fee of €10.00 per reminder to be offset.
If payment is not made despite a reminder, we reserve the right Initiation of legal action and transfer to a debt collection agency expressly provided.
Events in the town center
Due to our location in the center of Goldegg, there is a public event area opposite the Goldjuwel building. On average, public events such as tent festivals, village fairs, or similar events take place there about five times a year.
During these events, increased noise levels may occur, particularly on terraces, balconies, and in outdoor areas. The apartments are equipped with high-quality soundproof windows, which means that music and event noise are barely perceptible or not at all inside.
Please note that we have no influence on public events in the town and these do not constitute a deficiency in the booked accommodation.
Use of wellness and leisure facilities
The use of the sauna, outdoor bathtub, natural pool, fitness room and all leisure facilities is at your own risk.
Parents or guardians are responsible for their children. Instructions from staff and posted rules of use must be followed.
